RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Stitch Stylee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@stitchstylee.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: To process your return, you must provide a video of the unboxing process. This video must clearly show the condition of the product at the time of unboxing, and any defects or issues you are claiming must be visible.
- Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a return authorization if necessary.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs .
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your return and review the unboxing video, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and notify you within 3-5 days of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we will provide a full refund or replacement.
- You must provide a video of the unboxing that clearly shows the damaged or defective item. This is required for all claims involving damaged products.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
